I did not have Afsaneh, but I had Shahza as my beautician. I had accidentally booked my appointment for the week after and had turned up hoping to get a wax. I was so stressed when I realised I had booked the wrong date. Shahza was so kind, she managed to squeeze me in as her last client before the shop closed at 7pm and changed my booking day. I was so grateful and she was so kind and patient. One of my best experiences, would highly recommend Shahza.
