Waxing lady was not as experienced waxed the same spot for a couple of times which caused me irritation. Would not go there again for the waxing treatment. Clearly money was more important than doing the right treatment.

The upper lip wax was great but the eyebrow wax was a little disappointing. I wish the therapist had paid more attention to the picture I showed her of the shape I was after. It’s the shape I always get done so I know it is very much possible and easy to do. The result wasn’t bad by any means but it also wasn’t what I asked for.
