Staff were lovely but after my treatment of underarm waxing, when i got home and checked, i still had hairs left unwaxed! However, my half arm waxing was very well done and no hairs were left behind. Afsaneh did accidentally drop wax on my clothing twice but she apologised and tried to remove as much as she could

Not the best as a few lashes on each eye were missed so they’re sitting flat across the lifted lashes. The chair was uncomfortable to be sat back in for so long and people were playing loud videos from phones during my visit. Staff were lovely though
