Sam was wonderful. I’ve never ever had a painless brow wax. She was so careful and attentive. I always go red after a wax and Sam put concealer and filled in my brows so I was all ready to face society again. Was a great service and will absolutely go back again!! Thanks Sam

My therapist Sam was friendly and pleasant. She threaded my Brows on my request after I had my lashes lifted. Had problems locating the salon as it is not well sign posted and found myself having to ask at the booth in the queen's gate centre, that and no card payment option is the reason I scored 4 stars. Other than that I'm very happy with the service I received

The venue is a beautiful clean room above the catwalk and the therapist was wonderful. She was professional and considerate and kept apologizing for making my eyes water, which wasn't even her fault!
