Marlene was lovely - very responsive (I booked very late the night before, and there was some confusion re whether or not my booking had gone through : I texted her to confirm, and she was kind enough to reply straight away).
This was my first experience with a home visit, and there is no way that it won't be a little awkward, no matter how professional and friendly the therapist, but Marlene made it as painless as it could be - she is approachable, personable, and does her best to make the experience as comfortable as possible.
The treatment itself (underarm and Brazilian) was relatively quick, but the best thing about it was that it was virtually painless, I don't know how she did it, but she did (and she managed to get it all done even though I had to join a conference call about 10 minutes before we were finished)!
My only reservations are about the concept of the home visit, it takes some getting used to, but I would definitely go back to Marlene, and would recommend her unreservedly.

I booked fairly last minute and no issues at all. Marly was lovely and gave a great massage, definitely needed after a long haul flight earlier in the week. I’d definitely recommend her.

I’ve had a bikini wax by Marly a few times now and she’s always great. She comes to your house so it’s very convenient, the treatment itself is quick and looks great - I’m always left happy.
