Unfortunately the relaxing facial I wasn’t, wasn’t relaxing at all. She didn’t lock the shop door so customers kept coming in, where she would shout out the them mid facial. She then went out and did TWO people’s eyebrows whilst doing my facial, which was staggered at. The room was freezing, where even the products were ice cold she was applying them to my skin. It would have been manageable if the towels/ bed were warm but they weren’t so I kept my shoes on. I was close to walking out.
