Poor service from therapist. She did not introduce herself so I could not tell you her name. I had a Brazilian wax and she gave little instruction (e.g.; when to pull skin taught, where to put my leg etc.). She didn't make me feel at ease or make an effort with conversation.
6 days later and some hair has started to grow back on my bikini line which makes me think she ripped the hair rather than pull it from the root.
Bottom line, I wouldn't visit the salon again.
