This was my second time ever getting waxed and the customer service I received was not the best I've ever had. The therapist didn't really speak much, and didn't mention anything about aftercare. I experienced a lot of ingrown hairs on my legs which I didn't get the previous time I was waxed. Also the hair removal wasn't as thorough on my legs as it was in my intimate area but this may have been due to the hairs being unequal lengths on my legs. She was very prompt and the price point was good. I will be booking another appointment with them but I recommend you maybe do your own research regarding the proper aftercare and grow your leg hair out for as long as you can.
