As someone who has Brazilian waxes regularly would have to say this one was okay, hair was removed, but wouldn't plan to return in a hurry. Felt everything was all a bit awkward and generally more painful than usual (strips didn't peel off easy, even had some wax stuck on after I left). Shame as a first time customer, would expect a bit more of an attempt to make an effort.
