Make sure price agreed over the phone in details as length of hair has to be clear as website was not clear.
Staff must make it absolutely clear about prices BEFORE starting treatment not halfway.
All went smoothly and Happy with my hair colour
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at back to my roots. I had booked a last minute appointment as I was going out that night, and I half expected to be rushed as Saturday is quite a busy day but I really couldn't fault the service, Staff were really friendly and didn't rush. Made lots of conversation and most of all I loved my cut and blow dry!!! It actually lasted all weekend and I received numerous compliments.
Prices are really reasonable too and very professional standards

As always, very professional and very friendly service. Had the perfect cut - quite a bit off the length and a side fringe cut in and the most amazing blowdry. Going back again this week - I loved it so much. Great value for money too.

I had a full head of highlights and a cut. The staff seemed really knowledgeable and listen to me as well as offering their own advice. I would definitely recommend.
My appointment was early in the morning and was taken straight away, which was grate. Very friendly staff and make me feel comfortable.
