pleasant although didn't enjoy being asked a number of times to keep my head still. It felt condescending, but she did a good job with the trim that I asked. Blow-drying and straightening was okay - needed to wash it off the next day!
First-visit and Kelly was great- thorough consultation and a lovely cut and curly blow dry. Won’t be my last visit!
