First of all before I start my review. I STRONGLY OBJECT to being addressed as "hey you". Most undignified and not business like. I would change this before more offence is caused. As for my appointment at Back To My Roots, I have been with Kelly when she had her other shop, so a good many years. Kelly is a professional, an excellent hairdresser and it is my treat each week.
