Charly was lovely with a friendly but professional manner and approach.
She made me feel at ease and explained the procedure. She was truthful about any discomfort I would feel and used cream to numb sensitive areas.
Charly wanted me to feel comfortable about how much of the product he was using and I felt happy to be cautious at first and then add filler later, if I need more.
I am very pleased with the results. I love my new lips! 👄
