Terrible experience. The room was dirty, she was late and rushed everything. Didn’t preheat the wax—just poured old wax from another pot. She was throwing strips around, left large patches of hair (I had to shave after), and caused bruising and a burn. Completely unprofessional and stressful. I was also late for a doctor’s appointment because of the delay. Would never return or recommend.

Bina was welcoming from the beginning, she asked if I had any specific needs or areas I wanted her to attend to. She also made sure the pressure she was using was comfortable for me. Overall it was a great massage, I have already booked my next session and would definitely recommend!
