Terrible experience. The room was dirty, she was late and rushed everything. Didn’t preheat the wax—just poured old wax from another pot. She was throwing strips around, left large patches of hair (I had to shave after), and caused bruising and a burn. Completely unprofessional and stressful. I was also late for a doctor’s appointment because of the delay. Would never return or recommend.
