The member of staff was friendly but unfortunately the overall experience was not good for me. The water used to wash my hair was cold and some sprayed onto my face a couple of times during the wash. The staff member didn't really ask much about what I wanted and didn't seem interested in what she was doing, nor was she confident in what she was doing either. This made me feel uncomfortable and I personally wouldn't recommend this salon, though I recognise that this is only my experience.
