I booked in early this morning for a cut and blow dry. I just needed a trim and a tidy up, thinning at the ends. The staff on arrival were not welcoming, the lady who cut my hair took a personal phone call whilst cutting my hair, it ended up too short and jagged on one side, I was devastated and asked her to stop, she said to thin my hair out was not in the price, however to leave with my hair looking like it was done properly thinning was needed. I am devastated, it's a mess.

I would highly recommend a visit to Baddy’s if you are in Bolton.. Tessa was so lovely to me and I’ve never had such a thorough massage! She explained every part of the process to me and took time to make sure I left feeling relaxed and looked after
