I went for a Hollywood waxing which is something I have been having for about a year now at a different salon, and I have been waxing for the last 10 years. I came as a first time customer but unfortunately I won’t be coming back. I have been left with bruising, and burning irritation where the strips have been pulled off and the skin hasn’t been held properly and the wax has been too warm. The room wasn’t very clean and although Tessa was lovely, she seemed a little inexperienced.

I booked on for a luxury manicure and pedicure and Olivia was amazing! She took her time, made sure I was comfortable at every step, asked my preferences for everything. She did an absolutely fantastic job, this is the longest I've had my nails last! Tessa then fit me in for a hair trim and again, took her time and made sure it was all done perfectly! I'm booked back in for a Perm and will be back again for my nails when they're due

Worst experience of my life. I booked a hollywood wax last minute as my usual wax lady was fully booked. I severely regret this decision. I was insulted for the appearance of my intimate areas and the wax was carried out poorly and extremely painfully. I have blisters and scabs from the tugging and poor method used. Under no circumstance would i recommend for anyone to visit this salon, especially for waxing. You should feel dignified when having such an intimate treatment,this was not the case
