Amazing experience and expertise from Natalie. She made me feel so welcomed, at ease and created the brows I always wanted. She told exactly what to expect and about my aftercare. Definitely recommend.

When had patch test it was mixed on their hand then put onto a silver tray, which was clearly dirty. Didn't have treatment done as was household had sickness bug morning of the appointment. I paid for my appointment in advance and messaged the salon the morning of my appointment as I didn't think they would want me to come to appointment, never heard anything back. Really poor service. Need to also address the issues regarding cleanliness in the salon.
