The warm welcome you get on entering the salon is welcoming and reassuring. The stylist really listens to what you want and negotiates with you what is possible (or not possible!). My stylist really tried hard to give me what I had asked for, which wasn't straight forward because my hair is difficult to manage and does not hold a style well. However, I was very pleased with the result and have booked my next appointment at the salon
