I booked a massage at Baglioni for my birthday as a treat and it was fantastic! The reception team were polite and friendly, extremely professional. I was very impressed with the private spa facilities - excellent. Everything was very clean. My massage was sublime. I have never had a Swedish full body massage - it was amazing! The therapist had the lightest touch and the oils smelt wonderful. I left feeling as light as a feather. Exceptional 👌
