Good experience in the SPA. The SPA staff in particular was good.
Unfortunately we also got the Dinner included in the package and that did not match the expectations (as menu was a very limited/vegetarian version of the one that instead was available).

It was the best customer service I've ever received. Such a great value for money and beautiful dinner.
Deep Tissue Massage
What a fabulous experience at The Baglioni. The changing rooms were spotless and the locker was very neatly displayed. The robe and slippers were very soft and very comforting on my skin. The hallway was decorative with flowers and the music playing towards the rooms was very calming.
My treatment was excellent and very relaxing. I had the choice to choose the oils that I wanted to be massaged with.
After my treatment had finished I went into the relaxation room. Simply perfect!
