First class experience from start to finish! I booked a Spa and Afternoon Tea with my partner to celebrate my birthday: Francesco was incredibly helpful in arranging my booking and really friendly, welcoming and attentive on the day. Joana was lovely, super polite and considerate during the treatment. The Spa itself was great, having the whole place to ourselves and not feeling rushed at any point definitely added to the whole experience and relaxation. 5* afternoon tea and restaurant staff.

Amazing experience. Joana was great, very welcoming and gave us a great body scrub. The atmosphere was good and we had our own changing area and private steam room. We had breakfast after which consisted of tea/coffee, fruit plates and pastries. We would recommend and would go again.

Beautiful spa treatment and one off-the-peg best afternoon teas o have ever had. Staff were so friendly yet very professional. A relaxing experience and one which I hope I can have again very soon
