Thank you to the ladies joana and Maria for taking care of me and my mum! The back massage and mini facial were amazing, so relaxing and I thoroughly reccomend it! The spa and afternoon tea package at Baglioni was a real treat! Thank you to Francesco for helping me to book and organise the day and for looking after us afterward! 5 stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We had an amazing time, our therapist was an absolute delight . The best massage I have ever had . The facilities were great and the afternoon tea was lovely . All members of staff were extremely polite and friendly . I would love to return one day.

The massage was excellent, but I was told to wear a face mask for the whole treatment whereas my partner wasn’t asked to. I’ve had massages during Covid and not been asked to wear a mask for the full massage.
The steam room wasn’t working for the first 20-30 minutes of us being there so we only got about 20 minutes to enjoy it. I would advise give yourself plenty of time to enjoy it before hand!
