The staff member was very attentive did what I asked, but was a new member of staff had only been there 2 weeks and had little experience in a massage and it showed. There was little technique and a lot of rubbing. You need to have more experienced staff like the staff member I had last year in 2017 amazing. I will return again next year hopefully you will have more experienced staff.

I have had the same facial in Dubai and was so pleased to find it in London. Amazing staff, incredible experience ,one of the best facials ever. Compliments from colleagues are all I needed to hear!
