I really enjoyed the Afternoon Tea and massage combo. The ambience in the restaurant could be much more chic but at least the food was good. Also, the deep tissue massage by Federica was excellent, she's a pro!

I have been to the Baglioni on a few occasions and I was not disappointed, when I chose to go there on my birthday. Once again, a lovely experience.

A good deep tissue massage. Correct pressure applied, the therapist worked well the areas of tension. Second time i visit the spa at the hotel. Would easily repeat treatments there.

We had a lovely day. The staff were so kind and always checking if we were ok or needed anything. The bar manager knew it was for our 30th so gave us complimentary bubbles! A great offer and a fantastic day which made us cine away feeling so relaxed!
