Terrible experience. I wish that I could post photos of how bad my hair looked. I asked for a balayage, was given horrible stripe type highlights across my head, it looked embarrassing! The woman tried to make it as of it looked great to get me out of there, but I asked her to fix it and put my natural hair color through the top of my hair. She then put a light brown through my roots twice, and my hair is dark brown. Long story short, I’m now having to book with my usual hairdresser to get the color of my roots fixed. I was in the salon for 5hours, I was shivering from the cold and the owner had the heater pointing at her son. It was awful, she also shouted and accused me of not wanting to pay. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had,

Only a small salon and wasn't the fanciest but got really good value for money and the girls were super nice, will definitely be going back.
