I received a text at saying not to be late for the appointment 10 minutes before it's scheduled time. Irregardless, I arrived early. She told me they normally close at 6pm and that was the rationale behind her text reminder. I thought this was slightly inpolite given the appointment was available through treatwell for 6.30pm. The wax itself was a patchy finish, with some areas missed. She used a mix of strip wax and hot wax and DID NOT wear gloves. She was very pleasant but given I have had previous waxes elsewhere to a much higher standard I left disappointed. The cost reflected the experience.

had my eyebrows threaded & tinted and lip threaded too. booked online and was taken on time, the lady was very friendly - will definitely be back again soon.

Well-located. Staff is incredibly helpful. Isn't the fanciest but definitely nice atmosphere because of lovely staff. Great prices.
