This was my 2nd visit and overall the experience was good. Unfortunately however they had the washing machine running in the next room and it was a little difficult to fully relax when there is a spin cycle not far from your head. Also the person giving the massage changed towards the end and the hands of the new person were freezing! Quite a shock after 1 hour of being nice and warm.
