Didn't realise how stiff I was. 75 mins maybe too much for a newbie. Freed up my hips. Be prepared for some pain if you are stiff. But worth it.
Thai Massage
Nut was absolutely fabulous she was so well experienced in what she was doing I have never had Thai massage before I am so happy I did !! I felt 5 inches taller was a bit sore day after but my shoulder felt great and more movement I would definitely recommend this place I am booking in again in next 2 weeks no pain no gain?? Pain is weakness leaving the body

Was very impressed by Kul's knowledge and experience. I went for a traditional Thai massage, but once she realised I had particular issues with my hamstrings and lumber region of my back she adapted the massage to bring in other massage techniques to help with the issues. This impressed me as very often with Thai massage you get a 'set routine' whereas Kul was experienced enough to realise that I'd benefit from adapting the hour to work on the areas where I need it. 5* massage!
