Despite having booked an appointment in a very quiet day (holiday period, saw only 1 other customer in the shop in the whole day), my treatment started with 25 minutes delay
The staff was alright and the place itself ok
But the treatment was substandard - made in a rush, products didn’t feel anything special, not even a decent cleaning mask despite having gone for the most expensive treatment.
Also, the lady ended up spreading products on my hair and on my sweater, which were hard to remove afterwards
Overall felt something I could do myself at home better and not good value at all
