Difficult review because the end result was great. Both times I've been here, I've been really pleased with my eyelash tint and brow thread but on this occasion, I have a cut on my eyebrow from the threading. I feel the therapist was being a little slower than usual pulling out the hairs making it more painful and then causing my eyebrow to bleed slightly. That said, I would still go back again but hopefully next time will be better.
