Really disappointed as was not the usual girl giving the treatment. The lady who did the wax wasn’t very nice, and did a really bad job. She was not happy that I wanted hot wax and seemed in a rush to get the appointment done. She left hair that I wanted removed. Now I have to find somewhere else local to go. A real shame.
