The therapist is nice but I was really disappointed by the gel manicure. I booked a “gel manicure removal” then the lady told she wasn’t sure she could remove it as I had gel and not shellac only. Maybe you could specify it here when we book the slot? The preparation of cuticule and before the shellac was not good so the shellac went off completely 3 days after… £45 wasted & I went to another salon to get it done again. I don’t know about other treatment but I don’t recommend shellac manicure.
