Good salon - quick and efficient and relatively pain free!

I have gone to this salon a few times in the pass and get treatment from the same woman who does a good job and is very professional . This time with out warning I got another lady who did not seem as experienced. for example she did not leave the room when I was getting dressed even at the end but then opened the door mid putting my pants back on. She was also playing with the air conditioning mid treatment whilst wearing the gloves she was using to do my wax and did not change them after touching what looked to be not so clean buttons on the wall. whilst dealing with quite sentitive areas this is not hygienic and can course transmitted infections. The experience was ok I got what I came for however I do think there should be a price deduction for beauticians with less experience.

Attentive staff, service was good although could have been excellent if there was not small patches missed from waxing.

They went very dark on my eyebrow tint despite me asking three times for them to dye them lightly. I was covered in hair after my threading so it would’ve been nice to have some sort of care in that respect. No after treatment care advice was provided. Was also in the basement of the salon, didn’t feel like it was a good experience.

I arrived early but was squeezed in so I wasn’t hanging around. Really friendly staff and excellent at what they do. I was really pleased and will be back!
