was a very relaxing facial, and the therapist was lovely. i don't think i have seen any improvement though, and i would have preferred to have my hair protected from the oily products used so i won't need to wash my hair afterwards. i also got some of the product into my eyes, which should have been protected rather than have the facial massage done directly over the eyelids.
