At the beginning I was not happy with the place because it wasn't very hygienic/clean, also it was a little off, there were no other people and just this one lady who was doing my nails. However, towards the end of the treatment, I was very happy with my nails, and I would definitely go back inspite of the appearance of the venue, but the reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because the range of colors were limited.

The woman who did my wax was very friendly, professional, and honestly one of the best people I've gone to. It was quick and efficient, but not rushed at all. That is the most at ease I've been during a Hollywood Wax.
