My experience was really nice - the place is very clean and welcoming, the lady that did my waxing was very nice ad gentle. She made me feel very comfortable, definitely recommending the place

This is a pretty no frills place but it got the job done. I felt like this was not the most sanitary however. The girl had just completed her own nails and then went on to do my eyebrows which I felt was unsanitary. There was no wipe down or anything for the eyebrow work.

Excellent standard of treatment. Done thoroughly but efficiently. Salon is handily located and spacious beneath hair salon. Would consider repeat and other treatments here.

I didn't particularly think she was courteous. She didn't even say hello. I had to ask her was I her appointment. The threading was painful, more than usual. She seemed to be ill, overworked and unhappy and it doesn't give the customer in a central London venue much satisfaction.
