Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. The therapist was working by herself meaning that she frequently stepped out from the treatment to see to customer enquiries. She was also taking phone calls during the treatment. The facial was fairly basic and not relaxing. I am not sure why pinching my skin was part of the shoulder and back massage. I had been looking forward to a relaxing treat. This was not it.
