The salon is easy to access and find. The nail station is in the basement. It was relatively quiet and private down there. My technician was Reena, who tells me she usually works about of the Chic Beauty salon in Chelsea (rather than Baker Street). What I liked best was her attention to applying the CND Shellac. She painted the entire nail, and smoothly. (I'm beginning to discover that people are not always careful in this regard.)
The ONLY problem was they did not have a color I was hoping for - a "red wine" color. In my mind they did not have a large selection of colors, although, they did have all the most popular colors. I chose "Dark Lava", which I was concerned about because it has a touch of sparkle and was darker than I wanted. It's actually a very dark purple, and the sparkle isn't really obvious. I actually like it. It probably looks like black in photos, but it is somehow softer in person, and does not scream PURPLE!

The beautician did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. The threading was super quick and efficient, done well. And the wax was throughout and quick too. Service was so nice and friendly, professional and quick.
