Lovely staff and easy to get an appointment but I get regrowth quickly after hot waxes here so not sure how effective they are at this salon.

My friend and I both went for the same thing - a luxury manicure. In no way was this a luxury manicure. The recommended time was 1 hour per person we were done within 1 hour for the 2 of us. #35 for a luxury manicure, I appreciate this is London but all she did were the basics, more like a shape and polish. Yes my nails were filed and buffed and she used shellac varnish but that was about the sum total of what she did. The lady was pleasant and salon was clean but in NO WAY did what she give me qualify as a luxury manicure
