Quick and professional - the staff member did what she could to alleviate the pain

Lashes looked great to start with but even with me being super careful with them they seemed to go really hard and stiff. Even worse was removing them. Usually a quick and easy job with a steam and some oil- they just would not budge. Hours later and very sore eyes I found that my eyelashes were coming off in clumps as she had attached each lash to at least 2 or three of my own lashes!! I can only speculate it was the glue they used or her method but I have lost at least 50% of my natural lashes. Such a bad experience that I think it has put me off extensions for now.

skilled beautician who was good at waxing. 25 quid per time is just a bit much for me to pay however as i do this on a regular basis.
