Appointment was at 6.05pm but I arrived 20mins early. Was hoping she would see me earlier but she had another client, which was fine. My appointment still started on time. Threading was a bit painful but outcome was good. As it was my first time at the venue, she gave me a loyalty card. Good price for central London (can sometimes be quite expensive in other places). I recommend and I intend to re-visit. Good job!

I had my nails done (Shellac) by a new person and honestly the person I had before was way better! I did it 2 days ago and it's staring to get off as the end of the nails as she did not do them properly and did not put enough coats.

I had eyebrow threading and awarded 4* - they were good but should ask what a client wants as well.
It should have more colour options for shellac
The lighting in the room where it happens does not allow for a great understanding of the final colour
