Friendly staff. Threading was ok but found a few strays when I got home. I think she was in a rush as there were a few people waiting.

The salon lacked basic facilities like a hook to hang my coat and a place to leave my bags. The wax itself was fine, the person did a thorough job. However, she could have been a bit gentler. I am unlikely to return for these reasons.

Really lovely manicurist. Nails look great and not too pricy. Located in a really good central location on Baker Street.
