I’ve been here about 5-6 times for a Hollywood wax and the last time the lady left a few hairs. I booked a pedicure a few days ago because the salon is very convenient for me and I thought I’d give them another go with a pedicure. I arrived for my appointment 5 mins early and the lady ran 20 mins late! She did quickly apologise, then ran off to her next lady. She was was rough, didn’t speak to me. AND MADE ME BLEED!! My toe is still hurting. Seats are very uncomfortable too.
