The lady was super nice and professional. But, there was no extraction. I signed up for a deep cleansing facial with extraction and there was none 😥

The place is really hard to find as it’s downstairs in a pharmacy. The lady on the desk was not friendly, and it didn’t feel particularly clean or organised. The therapist was friendly and good to talk to, however I’m not too happy with my nails- she didn’t cover the tips of the nails or go low enough on my cuticles so it looked like they had grown out straight away.
