I had a wonderful experience. I was really late, and therapist was very kind. They did my treatment without charging me extra. Location is very clean, nice and closer to Baker Street Station. Best treatments every had. Highly Recommend!

Friendly therapist but not great Shellac mani. Paid extra for the mani as I didn’t realise the Shellac doesn’t include a manicure. However, manicure not tidy anyway, cuticles not fully removed. As for the Shellac - polish not covering nails in places, sealant also not covering parts of the polish. When bringing this up with the therapist they said it was due to my nails. Have had plenty of Shellac manicure treatments in the past which have always been perfect. Very disappointing.

Sadly Shellac Pedi applied uneven, didn’t seal fromt of nails, polish on skin. Real shame as I’m local to the area and was hoping this could be my go to for Shellac due to the good reviews. Maybe better for other treatments.

Therapist was efficient and skilled. She was very precise in her movements and particularly knowledgeable with threading technique and facial blemishes eradication.Pleasant as well.
