Genuinely one of the worst massage experiences I think I’ve had. £85 for one hour and I got 45 minutes first of all. The massage therapist even checked the booking in her phone to see that I had prepaid after and did nothing about the fact that I didn’t receive the full treatment. booked deep tissue and got nothing of the sort, 10% of the time my back was painfully (yet pointlessly) pushed down on and 90% of the time my skin was being uncomfortably lightly rubbed with too much oil. Scam.

Gabby was absolutely amazing!! I could not recommend this place anymore such a relaxing environment I left feeling super relaxed and stress free this was really needed, once again huge thank you to the team for being very accommodating. This is my new favourite spot would highly recommend!! ❤️

My facial was great. Massage therapist was very lovely, but it was one of the worst deep tissue massages I’ve ever had. She did not have any understanding of anatomy, trigger points, how to relieve deep tension. Even after I showed her places where I was very tight, she had no understanding of how to address the issue. She would just rub her knuckles over the area, just smashing the muscles down.

First time here, and Ella was amazing. I was super tight/ sore, and the pressure but relaxing atmosphere at the same time made for a memorable experience. Will be back!
