Massage started late and the outside noise wasn't blocked out very well so was hard to relax.
I had stated on the provided form that I didn't want certain areas massaged but she did anyway, so pointless asking me to fill the form out!
However, the experience as a whole was OK, not exceptional and the masseuse was a very nice girl.

The place, although quite small, is really lovely and smells incredible.
We went to the 12:30 slot and were running about 5 minutes late. I called to let them know that and they were very understanding about it all which was reassuring given that some massage parlours can be super strict and cancel your reservation immediately.
The ladies kindly asked what we wanted and what kind of pressure we'd like before we started which was great. I also felt comfortable asking for more pressure in particular areas during the massage.
The massage room themselves are great, clean and very calming. I felt incredibly relaxed as did my fiancé.
We went for the couple's massage with a focus on shoulders and back.
Can certainly recommend as a gift as I treated my fiancé to a birthday present.

Roberta was very friendly and welcoming. Her massage technique was excellent and thorough and her pressure was firm, just as I like it. I really liked the hot towel to finish off. Lovely clean and warm room. I'll definitely be back!

The entire venue has a very fresh & sleek setting.
The rooms had lovely, relaxing atmosphere - though at times this was intruded upon my loud voices from nearby stairwell.
The initial greeting at reception didn't feel particularly relaxing or calm, which made me worry about the tone of the massage ahead.
However, I'm so happy to say my worries were quickly put to rest when I met my therapist.
We chatted through my needs before the massage began. She delivered an expert, thorough and firm massage - exactly what I was hoping for. It was a really excellent treatment and I plan to visit again.

Great! Would be better if they offer us a selection of oil depending on skin sensitivities.
