Terrible customer service. There was no information on there page regarding pregnancy massage. Once we arrived the staff and management are so rude they had no sympathy that we spend so much. They would not give my pregnant wife her massage (fair enough due to guidelines) but they where not willing to support in anyway. They turned us away and said they cannot reschedule and took hundreds of pounds from us. I would avoid as the company is greedy and selfish and has no heart toward people.
